As well as complying with distance selling regulations, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return the item to us within 14 days for your choice of exchange or return.
Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
Please try and make sure all returned items are well packaged and sent via a trusted postal service. SECOO.life cannot take responsibility for return items damaged or lost in transit.
If an item has a SECOO.life security tag or brand tag attached, it must be returned with the tag in its original position.
Skincare, haircare and cosmetic products must be returned unopened, unused and in their original packaging otherwise we will not accept them.
Hosiery, lingerie and swimwear items are non-returnable.
We do not accept returns of earrings or any kind due to hygiene reasons.
Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted. Once we receive the item and confirm the reason of return, we will inform you about the exchange/return via email.
Please follow the steps below to exchange/return your purchase.
1. Sign into your account at top menu and under My Account, select "Exchange & Return".
2. Fill in and submit the form.
3. Then you can ship the product back to us: Unit 1604B, Tower A, Manulife Financial Centre, No. 223-231 Wai Yip Street, Kwun Tong, Hong Kong. Please note that you may need to pay the shipping fee with tax and duties in advance.
4. We will contact you once we receive your parcel.
Receiving a refund
Your refund will be credited to the original payment method or as store credit to your SECOO.life account.
Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through SECOO.life. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. As this may not be available for all countries, we recommend that you hire a customs broker if you wish to claim back duties on returned merchandise.
Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
